Booking & Payments

Do I save money by booking on this website?

Yes. By booking directly through our website you are guaranteed the lowest price available!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Both credit and debit cards are accepted.

Is a deposit required to reserve my stay?

Half of the total rental amount is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to check-in. If the rental is made within 30 days of check-in, the full amount is due upon reservation.

Are there additional fees (cleaning, taxes, etc.)?

When you have selected dates for a specific property, a detailed breakdown of the taxes and fees are provided. We charge a cleaning fee, state & county tax, a booking fee, and a damage waiver fee. If you choose to bring a pet to one of our pet-friendly properties, there is an additional pet fee.

What is your cancellation policy? Important

Basic Protection (standard):

  • More than 60 days before check-in: 100% refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
  • 30–60 days before check-in: 50% refund (we retain your 50% deposit; the remaining balance is not charged), less a $150 administrative fee.
  • Within 30 days of check-in: Non-refundable and the reservation is non-transferable.

Extra flexibility is available with our optional Enhanced Cancellation Coverage at checkout.

Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in 4:00 PM · Check-out 10:00 AM.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Availability depends on whether there’s a guest checking out or in the same day, since our cleaning team needs time to prepare the home. Send us a note the day before arrival or departure and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How does the check-in process work?

Self-check-in via smart lock. Your unique code and arrival guide are sent 24–48 hours before arrival by email/SMS. You do not need to meet up with anyone, so you can arrive at your own convenience, anytime after check-in.

Property Rules & Policies

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our units. If smoke is detected in the unit there will be a minimum $500 cleaning charge applied.

Are pets allowed?

Some of our homes are pet-friendly, but not all. Please check the individual listing to confirm. For pet-friendly homes, pre-approval is required and a pet fee + house rules apply.

What are the quiet hours?

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and local ordinances.

Amenities & What’s Included

What’s in the kitchen?

The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker), and cookware (cutlery, glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc).

Is Wi-Fi provided?

Yes, free WiFi is provided in every property. The network name and password are provided in your rental instructions.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Yes, fresh bed linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries.

Is there a washer and dryer?

Most homes include in-unit laundry; see your listing.

Is housekeeping service provided?

The unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and following your departure. Daily housekeeping during your stay is not provided.

Do you provide beach gear?

Many homes include beach towels and a small selection of chairs, ask if important.

Parking

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is included for multiple vehicles at no additional cost. Please note that the various condominium buildings have differing restrictions on vehicle types and quantities. Please refer to the individual property terms and conditions for the specific rules relating to parking.

Safety & Security

Do you require a damage deposit or waiver?

We use a damage waiver or refundable deposit depending on the home. Full details appear at checkout.

How quickly is a deposit returned?

Refundable deposits (if applicable) are typically released within 7–10 business days after checkout, pending inspection.

Are safety devices installed?

Yes, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers; some homes have exterior security cameras for perimeter safety only.

What if there’s a storm or hurricane?

In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation order you would receive a refund for the nights you are not able to use the property. Otherwise, refunds for bad weather are not provided.

Special Requests

Do you provide baby gear?

We don’t supply it directly, but we partner with Beach Life Rentals which offers items such as cribs, pack & plays, high chairs, strollers, etc.

Do you offer long-term or monthly discounts?

We may offer extended-stay discounts outside peak dates. Share your dates and we’ll do our best.
